The Training and Certification Program has been created to offer ZyXEL’s resellers and partners an education path which ranges from product introduction to technical theory and hands-on lab exercises. Anyone with an interest in ZyXEL products can join the program and gain valuable knowledge on the benefits of using ZyXEL products.
Training & Certification Program
When a student selects a track each level will increasingly cover more advanced topics, which will enable the student to understand and build more complex networks. The courses undergo regular updates and expansion of existing or new knowledge tracks are continuously evaluated.
ZCNP - Online Training and Exams
The first step in the program is to become a ZCNP (ZyXEL Certified Network Professional). ZCNP is an online program which will give the student in-depth product training combined with basic technology understanding. Each ZCNP course is followed by an online exam. To become ZCNP a student must complete and pass four ZCNP exams.
ZCNE - Classroom Training and Exams
The next step on ZyXEL’s education path is ZCNE (ZyXEL Certified Network Engineer). To join a ZCNE course a student must have obtained the ZCNP status. ZCNE is a classroom training program introducing the student to some of the theory behind the technologies and how it can be utilised for ZyXEL’s products.
Knowledge Tracks and Levels - All courses can be attended independently.
